The Shove House provides safe, sober, and supportive therapeutic housing for individuals receiving mental health and/or chemical dependency treatment at Okanogan Behavioral Healthcare. The building consists of nine dorm-style units, nine apartment units, a living room area, cafeteria, and kitchen where staff prepare daily meals.

The ultimate goal of the Shove House is to create a healthy environment for residents to live and to take steps towards improving their self-sustainability and independence. Upon admittance, each resident will complete an integrated treatment plan and will meet with a case manager regularly to monitor progress in achieving these goals.
